Employee Spotlight: Kent Charnley

We have an amazing team here at Capsule and want to introduce you to some of them in our new Employee Spotlight series.

We’ll get started with Kent Charnley!

Q: What’s your role at Capsule and can you give us a short description of what you do?

A: I’m the Finance Manager. I oversee bookkeeping, daily AP/AR tasks, and assist the supply chain team with purchasing.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: Fast paced environment, a lot of well rounded team members with great work ethic, and a cohesive team environment to ensure projects get done on time.

Q: What drew you to working at Capsule?

A: I heard about the current growth and opportunity to get into a future focused business that aims to capitalize on prefab manufacturing.

Q: What’s been something interesting about working at Capsule?

A: I'm new to Capsule, but I enjoy watching products ship out every week after the production guys complete the project. It is exciting to see a design from contract through to production.

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

A: Surf, stand up paddle, skateboard, golf, and ride my motorcycle.

Q: What three words best describe you?

​​A: Unique, determined, and loyal.

Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?

A: The ability to breathe underwater.
