Employee Spotlight: Nicky Bell

Let’s continue our Employee Spotlight series with Nicky Bell!

What’s your role at Capsule and can you give us a short description of what you do?

I am a Construction Coordinator for Capsule. My role is to support the Construction Project Manager and VP of Construction. A lot of what I do is in pre-production, meaning I help with submittals, RFI’s, procurement, etc.

What do you like most about your job?

I like getting to work with all of the departments and seeing projects that you work so hard on come together and get completed.

What drew you to working at Capsule?

What they are doing at Capsule is innovating and exciting. Everyone is passionate about what they are working on and that draws people in.

What’s been something you’ve learned at Capsule?

Every day is different at Capsule so I have learned a lot about being creative, adaptive, and flexible.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I love cooking, baking, and paddle boarding.

What three words best describe you?

Loyal, generous, and kind.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

I would love to be able to teleport.
