Employee Spotlight: Alex Kist

We love our Capsule team! In this continuation of our Employee Spotlight series, we’d like to introduce you to Alex Kist.

What’s your role at Capsule and can you give us a short description of what you do?

I am the Deployment Manager and Account Asset Manager. I make sure the mobile kitchens get where they need to go and coordinate a team to set it up. I also follow up with issues that arise with our kitchens after delivery.

What do you like most about your job?

I really like my team and everyone else I work with at Capsule.

What drew you to working at Capsule?

I was attracted to the growth potential here and the collaborative working style.

What’s been your proudest moment at Capsule?

My proudest moment (so far) was my first full week as Deployment Manager where I was able to coordinate my equipment and my trailers successfully.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I like to bake, spend time with my boyfriend, friends, and family, and do art-related activities.

What three words best describe you?

Witty, sarcastic, passionate.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

The ability to talk to animals.
