We also take care of bid package formulation and the vendor selection process. Essentially, Capsule covers all project management needs including schedule review, kickoff coordination and insurance and COI facilitation. Our support continues on site via RFI responses, timely reviews of change orders and punch list walk throughs. Finally, we assist with the handover and delivery of the project.

Consultation Programming

Capsule gives direction on equipment packages including specific models and quantities. We include numbered equipment drawings with schedules, including plumbing and electrical requirements. We give specifically tailored recommendations on layout and service orientation to ensure optimal customer experience and operability. Plus, we provide guidance on budgetary formulation for the final equipment package.

Design for Prefab in 3D

We like to build a relationship with our clients! You can count on weekly review meetings with the Capsule team, as well as coordination with the base building layout, design teams, GC, AOR and engineers as needed. Our engineering team will coordinate with you to layout, model and render your project. There is a flexibility of design options to meet your particular needs. We advise on finishes, materials and color palette. Of course, we ensure compliance with local building and health codes. In the end, you will have a drawing set complete with dimensional plan, MEP connections and equipment plan. If needed, we can also provide coordination with equipment vendors.

In-Factory Manufacturing

We first manage the fabrication of components in our Capsule factory, and then the assembly on site with a designated project lead from our engineering and production teams. We perform a full set up and testing prior to shipping.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship the modular units via crate and freight to your location. Whatever your needs, Capsule can accommodate using truck, rail, and sea where applicable. We schedule shipping to sequence with the overall project.

On-Site Installation & Coordinated Build

Our prefabricated products are craned or lifted into place with Capsule team oversight. Capsule maintains project management support during production for install coordination, overseeing assembly and utility connections.
